Between 19.06 and 19.38 643 laid her second egg.

It should be possible to establish the exact time when the recorder is retrieved.

643 is doing well in her first experience of incubation so far, preferring to carry out the bulk of the duties. When UV delivers a fish she is seldom away more than 20 minutes or so. Historically UV has sat on the eggs for up to 50% of the day, sometimes more. He isn’t getting that opportunity this year!

    Wonderful news. Couldn’t have happened to a more wonderful pair. Congrats 643 and UV I am delighted for you. Thank you Joanna. UV will just have to wait for the ”novelty” to wear off for 643 to share the incubation duty.
